Damien Saccani, CFP®
​President, Founder
Damien founded Maiden Cove Capital in 2020 with a clear goal: to build a client-first wealth management firm that delivers high-touch, personalized advice to successful families, entrepreneurs, and clients in the entertainment industry.

Drawing on his years at Morgan Stanley and Merrill Lynch, he set out to create a culture grounded in trust, service, and long-term partnership.

A CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, Damien takes a comprehensive approach to planning—helping clients navigate complex financial lives with clarity and confidence.
​
He graduated from Middlebury College with a double major in Psychology and Political Science, where he was also a two-sport varsity athlete.

Damien lives in Yarmouth, Maine, with his wife and two children. He serves on the Board of Trustees at Maine College of Art & Design and spends his free time on the water, traveling, or flying—he holds both his Private Pilot License and Instrument Rating.

Thomas Collins, CFP®
Financial Advisor​
With more than a decade in financial services, Thomas Collins brings analytical rigor and personalized guidance to help clients navigate dynamic markets. As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and Investment Advisor, he builds integrated wealth strategies for a wide range of clients, from those focused on accumulating wealth to those seeking to preserve and transfer a legacy in retirement.

Thomas’s work is grounded in disciplined analysis and comprehensive planning. Rather than treating decisions in silos, he connects a client’s portfolio, cash flow, and risk management to the goals that matter most over the long term. With experience across traditional and alternative investments, he constructs diversified portfolios designed to be resilient through changing market conditions while staying aligned with each client’s evolving priorities.

At Maiden Cove Capital, Thomas prioritizes the “why” behind every recommendation. He aims to be a steady, thoughtful partner—bringing clarity, perspective, and sound judgment so clients can make confident decisions in any market environment.
Based in Tampa, Florida, Thomas is active in his local community. He and his wife, Michelle, are parishioners at Christ the King Catholic Church and are busy raising their two children, Conor and Cecilia. Outside the office, he enjoys fishing, hunting, and golf.

Andrew Snider
Director of Operations
Andrew has been with Maiden Cove Capital since its founding in 2020 and plays a key role in delivering the firm’s high-touch, client-first service model. As Director of Operations, he oversees client workflow, money movement, billing, technology platforms, and firm-wide projects—ensuring every process is precise, compliant, and built to support an exceptional client experience.

Andrew graduated from Bryant University with a degree in Finance and Economics and began his career at Fidelity Investments, where he served as an Implementation Project Manager. Andrew brings a systems-driven mindset, a sharp eye for detail, and a commitment to enhancing operational efficiency across the firm.

Outside the office, Andrew enjoys exploring Portland’s many parks with his dog Noomi, hiking, and spending time on Damariscotta Lake.

Danielle Goff
Client Relationship Manager
Danielle brings over a decade of experience in client service and operations, and fully embodies Maiden Cove Capital’s client-first culture. As our Client Relationship Manager, she ensures every interaction is thoughtful, responsive, and tailored—owning the full client experience from onboarding through ongoing service.

Danielle graduated from the University of South Carolina with a degree in Hospitality Management, beginning her career in hospitality before transitioning to wealth management. At a leading RIA in Atlanta, she helped launch their Tampa office and rose to Client Service Manager over an eight-year tenure.

Now based in St. Pete with her husband Brian, son James, and dog Georgia, Danielle loves traveling, running, checking out new restaurants, and being on the water as much as possible.
